From operator, to operator.
Musubi Media started by running karaoke venues in Hawaii. The players we could buy didn’t fit how Korean bars actually operate. So we engineered our own — from PCB to retail box.
Then we ran a Korean food court. A chicken restaurant. A bar. Each operation taught us something the customer side never could: what breaks at 11pm, what staff actually use, what the owner needs to see at 7am.
Today we apply that operator discipline to everything we build — apps, SaaS, hardware, networks, brands. Not because it’s a methodology. Because we’re still the ones using it on Saturday night.
