Privacy Policy

This page explains what musubimedia.net collects, why, and who else sees it. It covers this website only. Our apps, such as ServeBoard, Clokr and Hula Delivery, have their own privacy policies on their own websites.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number (optional), what it’s about, and your message. The form on the AI consulting page also asks for your company name and size.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails your message to info@musubimedia.net. Web3Forms keeps a copy for up to three years under its own privacy policy.

We use what you send only to reply, prepare a proposal, and follow up on the same conversation. The same goes for emails and calls. We keep these messages as long as we need them for that, and delete them when you ask.

Counting visits

When a page opens, a small script tells our server:

• which page you opened, and the website that linked you here (its name only, not the full address)
• campaign tags in the link, if any
• phone, tablet or computer, and which browser and operating system
• whether this browser has been here before
• how long the page was open and how far you scrolled
• whether you tapped our email, our phone number or a link to another site, or sent the form

How we keep this without knowing who you are:

• Your IP address is not stored. We keep only its first three parts (for example 203.0.113.x). That points to a network, not a person.
• To show the name of that network, such as a university or an internet provider, our server looks the address up once a day in the public internet registry (through rdap.org).
• Page views from the same day are grouped with a code that changes every day, so we can’t follow anyone from one day to the next.
• To know whether you’ve been here before, the site saves a “seen” mark in your browser’s storage. It is not a cookie. Only a yes or no is sent to us, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
• Search engine robots and other automated visits are not counted.

These records are kept on our web server, in a place that can’t be opened from the web, and copied to our office computer for our visitor report. We delete them after about 13 months.

Other services this site uses

• Hostinger hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers handle every request and may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface, so your browser sends Google your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google says it sets no cookies for this and doesn’t use it to build profiles or for ads (Google Fonts privacy).
• Web3Forms, only when you send the form.
• rdap.org, for the network lookup described above.

We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.

Who we share it with

No one, except the services above doing their part, or when the law requires it, such as a court order.

Do Not Track

We don’t track visitors across other websites, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser doesn’t change anything here.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

Email info@musubimedia.net to ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to delete it. We can find your messages by your name or email. Visit records can’t be tied to a person, so we can’t look them up by name.

Changes to this page

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
